We are pleased to announce the à la carte proposal of Cyrille Kamerzin, the new Chef of cuisine in Castelgrande.
Originally from the canton of Valais, Chef Kamerzin was trained through high-level experiences at important facilities in Bern, Interlaken, St. Moritz, Lausanne and Ascona working with prominent chefs such as Erwin Léo Stocker and Othmar Schlegel.
For several years he was Chef of cuisine at a prestigious hotel in the Locarno area, obtaining 15 points in the Gault Millau gastronomic guide.
Its cuisine is based on quality raw materials with particular attention paid to local products.
At the Castelgrande Restaurant it will offer traditional dishes French revisited in a contemporary key: among the specialties proposed there will be the grosses pièces of meat and whole fish. The new à la carte proposal can be viewed on the Castelgrande Restaurant page
